<h2 class="sub-header red">Return Policy</h2> <p>5ive Star Gear® will honor a 30-day return period on all our products. You may return any unused, unopened, unwashed and/or unaltered merchandise to our warehouse within 30 days from the time your order ships. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of goods for refunds to be applied. Products returned that have been extensively used, washed or altered will be returned to the customer and return postage charged to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please see our full warranty policy for any further inclusions.</p> <p>Postage will only be refunded on returns due to product defects or errors in shipping. No postage refunds will be given due to personal tastes or sizing issues. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available, a product of equal value may be requested.</p> <p>5ive Star Gear® will only honor returns on orders placed directly on 5iveStarGear.com and not from any of our outside distributors. Any returns from purchases made via our distributors need to go through the store of purchase. If you are not getting a satisfactory response from the store of purchase please contact our customer service department for assistance. Shipping charges will only be covered by 5ive Star Gear® in the event of a return of a defective product or shipping error.</p> <p>5ive Star Gear® does not offer exchanges on products at this time. All products with sizing and/or color preference issues will need to be returned for credit and reordered through the site.</p> <p>Please follow the products washing and/or handling instructions carefully as 5ive Star Gear® will not approve returns due to damages caused from improper handling or misuse of our products or from normal wear and tear.</p> <h2 class="sub-header red">To Make a Return</h2> <p>1.) Call us toll free at 1.844.777.7560 to speak to a customer service representative to get a return authorization number (RMA) and to discuss the issue with the product.</p> <p>2.)
